This lovely lady presented for breast enhancement. She found her breasts to be excessively full and pendulous with a lack of projection. As such she had a mastopexy, with a small reduction. She had an excellent result, with a symmetric elevation of the breasts, and a more comfortable and pleasing silhouette.
